On 16 Oct, Global Health Research Center (GHRC) at Duke Kunshan University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanoi University of Public Health (HUPH), to consolidate decade-long collaborations in the past and to promote future partnerships between the two institutions.
The purpose of this Memorandum is to promote friendly relations through the development of academic collaboration between GHRC at Duke Kunshan University and HUPH. Both Parties believe that great benefit can be achieved in the advancement of education, research, and service in Global Health through a partnership. The two Parties agree to promote and develop their cooperation in joint cooperative research projects, the exchange of information and academic publications, the exchange of academic faculty and students and mentoring the students from Global Health program for their fieldwork.
The Executive Vice Chancellor, Dr. Denis Simon of Duke Kunshan University and Professor Bui Thi Thu Ha, the Rector from HUPH signed the Memorandum on behalf of each parties. Prof. Shenglan Tang , Prof. Lijing L. Yan from Duke Kunshan University and Prof. Hoang Van Minh from HUPH attended the Signing Ceremony.
