1. Discipline-based laboratories 学科重点实验室

Eligibility:

1. Relying on universities, institutes, medical institutions and other units, the laboratory has clear research objectives, R & D equipment, matching the direction of R & D, and possesses more than one patent for invention of core technology in this field;
2. have a domestic leading level of more than 15 full-time innovation team; establish a good laboratory project organization, talent introduction and training, assessment and reward and other operation and management mechanisms, set up an academic committee and hold regular meetings;
3. The new investment (excluding transfer of assets) during the construction period is not less than 3 million yuan; the R&D place is independent and centralized, with an area of not less than 500 square meters.

1. Leading enterprises and research institutes are required to have outstanding independent innovation capability and possess core technologies. Innovation clusters in next-generation information technology, high-end equipment, small nucleic acids, and biopharmaceuticals in research collaborations with at least 6 Universities.
2. Members of the innovation Group. In principle, it includes key universities, research institutes, enterprises upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, financial institutions, etc. in the same industry, with no restriction on geography, and encourages the joint development of collaborative research by core scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, as well as investment funds, with no less than 6 member units in principle.

The signing date of the cooperation agreement must be between August, 2021, and April, 2022.

Grant: Subsidy of 20% of the actual contract payment, up to a maximum of 1 million RMB.

It focuses on a new generation of 4 emerging industry clusters, which are information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and green low-carbon, big health. It focuses on intelligent terminals, meta-universes and artificial intelligence, new energy and intelligent networked cars and other industry chains, to promote the transformation and upgrading of industries.

Eligibility：1）Enterprise will be the leading institute in the proposal. 2) R&D investment is not less than 3%. 3) It has milestones in place and high technical maturity of the project. 4) The project must have independent IP, high technological content and strong innovation.

1. Jeunes Talents France-Chine JTFC

This program supports the exchange of talented young researchers in the field of science and technology. The program provides a mobility grant for research stays in a host laboratory in China (for French researchers) or in France (for Chinese researchers).

The scientific disciplines eligible for this program are the ones identified by the 2024 Franco-Chinese Joint Committee on Scientific and Technological cooperation (COMIXTE): Climate change and carbon neutrality; Environment and biodiversity; Ageing (health); Theoretical chemistry.

This program aims to support the creation of balanced Franco-Chinese research teams over a two-year period. It is divided into two sub-programs.

This sub-program supports Franco-Chinese teams of researchers co-supervising scientific work carried out during one or more doctoral theses (co-directed or co-supervised).
